Thornbury Orchestra is an amateur orchestra based in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. We represent an enthusiastic group of musicians who strive to produce high-quality classical music for the benefit of local audiences.

Our next concert will be a programme of light music including works by Coates, Tomlinson and Holst. We will also be featuring two young local soloists playing The Lark Ascending and Kol Nidrei. We will also be featuring one of the winning pieces from our recent 'TO Compose' competition.

The concert will be in support of ACT (Arts and Community in Thornbury), who are working to create a new performance venue for Thornbury.
