Directions
Thornbury is a small market town approx. 12 miles north of Bristol, located just off of the A38 and close to the M4 and M5 motorways.

Travelling south on the A38
Go through Falfield, (near M5, Junction 14) and continue down the A38 until you arrive at the first traffic lights and turn right towards Thornbury. At the roundabout go straight on (2nd exit). Continue along Gillingstool/Grovesend Road to the T junction where you turn left onto Rock Street. Take the first right onto Chapel Street, first right again and right into the car park. The URC church is in the right hand corner of the car park.
Travelling north on the A38
Along the A38 until the traffic lights in Alveston (by the car showroom). Turn left and go down the hill (Alveston Hill), past the Leisure Centre on your right. At the mini roundabout go straight on and after 40yds turn right into Chapel Street. Then take the first left and first right into the car park. The URC church is in the right hand corner of the car park.
By bus
A bus service runs between Thornbury and Bristol Bus Station. Get off at the bus stop outside the Aldi supermarket in Thornbury and walk up the hill. The church is the light-coloured building on your right. Note that buses returning to Bristol depart from the main bus stop near the Post Office on the High Street.
